Mini Fruit Pizzas: Made Easy

Sharing is caring!

I’ve always avoided making anything that has to do with “sugar cookies” because I can never make the cookie just right! My sugar cookies always end up too hard or crumbly but for this recipe, you can’t go wrong. When I made this recipe for the first time, I was frustrated to pull out my cookies and find them harder than I thought I wanted but after putting on all the toppings I found that it was the perfect texture for the added frosting and fruit on top! Win!

Ingredients
-Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough (you could always make your own but if you’re lazy like me and want to save time and energy, just buy one that’s already refrigerated and ready to be sliced!)
-Any of your Favorite Fruits. Since it was the 4th of July for us, I used:
-1 Package of Fresh Blueberries
-1 Package of Fresh Strawberries
(Other fruit you can use: Kiwis, Blackberries, Raspberries, Mandarin Oranges, etc…)

Frosting
-1 Package of Cream Cheese (8oz)
-1 Cup of Confectionars Sugar
-1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
(Add more Confectionars Sugar if it tastes to cream cheesy for you)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and slice the cookie dough onto your cookie sheet. Cook for 12-15 minutes (all ovens vary, so I would check on them around the 10 minute mark and pull them out when you see the edges start to turn golden brown)

Slice up any fruit you need to and Mix together the Cream Cheese, Confectionars Sugar, and Vanilla in a medium size mixing bowl.

After cookies have have cooled, spread on your frosting and top with your favorite fruits! Ta-da! Party in your mouth!
